Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Janet graduated with honors from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is also a graduate of Butler University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Public and Corporate Communications. Janet completed her internship at St. Vincent Stress Center, Indianapolis, IN
Janet currently works as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team with the Hamilton County (SART) Sexual Abuse Response Team. She is EMDR Certified and a member of EMDRIA International. Janet is also trained in Crisis Incident Stress Management (CISM) as well as advanced EMDR Therapy. She holds memberships with the AAMFT and IAMFT. Janet and her husband Jack have four grown children and are grandparents to a granddaughter and grandson. They reside in Noblesville with their three dogs and two cats.
Kristin Cofield, Intern
Krissy is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist intern working towards her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. Krissy offers to counsel adolescents, couples, families, and individuals. She uses a person-centered and eclectic approach to therapy that allows her to customize the therapeutic process based on the unique needs of each client.
Krissy seeks to empower her clients to overcome their struggles and provides support during difficult and challenging times. Krissy addresses issues including, but not limited to, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and spirituality. Krissy offers a safe and judgment-free environment for clients to share their stories and begin their healing journey. Krissy enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, and writing Christian poetry.
